Our most commonly requested items combined into one package, with a savings of $250!!! This package consist of two or three sections of criss cross draping and we will handle the clean up at the end of your special event.
  • Your choice of 2 or 3 sections of criss-cross draping.
  • We will collect your decorations, flowers, and leftovers, and store them for you overnight to be picked up the next morning.
  • We ask that you take your personal items such as purses, gifts, card, etc. and that all trash be put in a trash can at the end of the event.
  • Our staff wil stack the chairs and move any necessasry tables.
  • Our staff will take out the trash at the end of the night.

Cirss Cross Draping and Clean Up Package
($1,800 for 2 Sections, $2,300 for 3 sections)

Additional to the cleanup that is included in the Package A Wedding Rental. Our Coordinator will arrive at the end of the event to package up your deocroations and fulfill the cleaning respsonsibilities.

Decor Clean Up Package ($450)

Only for couples with the Package B Wedding Rental. Our Coordinator will arrive onsite to setup your wedding reception decor including centerpieces, signs, photos, etc. 
  • One Planner/Client Meeting (1 hour) to discuss “day of” details and review contracts.
  • Wedding Coordinator will collect items to be set up prior to day of
  • Set up time of up to 4 hours for the reception site
  • Any set up needs for all reception décor not handled by a specific vendor
  • Manage vendor set-up reception and make sure all commitments are fulfilled
  • Collection of wedding day items prior to wedding day (i.e. cake knife, pictures, toasting flutes, favors, candles, menus, escort cards, etc.)

Only for those with the Package B Wedding Rental
  • Unlimited Email Consultations
  • Planner/Client Meeting (1 hour) discuss “day of” details and review contracts.
  • Construction of Day-of timeline from arrival to departure.
  • Coordinate the wedding rehearsal – 1 hour.
  • Full timeline and vendor contact information will be sent to all wedding professionals.
  • Setup of all ceremony and reception decorations not covered by another vendor.
  • Greet vendors and ensure setup is completed.
  • Line up and cue Bridal Party for the ceremony.
  • Manage the flow and timing of the ceremony.
  • Bustle Wedding Gown
  • Line up and Cue Bride, Groom and wedding party to Grand Entrance
  • Assist band or DJ in cueing important events (i.e. grand entrance, cake cutting, bouquet toss, dances, etc.)
  • Maintain and coordinate timeline for all events during reception.
  • Stay in communication with banquet staff to ensure things are going smoothly.
  • Planner will leave after the last formality (typically cake cutting)

Meadow Chair Setup ($250)

  • A coordinator will set up the meadow chairs as specified by you, to aid in setting up for your ceremony. 

Room Flip ($250)

Only for those couples with the Package B Wedding Rental. 
  • Coordinators will oversee and move all tables and chairs between your ceremony and reception. 
  • Coordinators will light candles. 
  • This does not inlcude setup of any table decor or other reception decor between the ceremony and the reception/ 

Full Cleanup Package ($750)

Only for those with the Package B Wedding Rental.
