Part-time Venue Coordinator
On-site staff during weddings and events assisting the couple with tasks and ensuring venue policies are upheld.
This position is part-time with varied hours ranging from Fridays to Sundays. Applicants must have weekend availability. Please note that our busiest times of the year are March - November with fewer shifts available in the winter.
A successful applicant must possess the following: -Possess a can-do mentality and problem solving mindset -Excel in client and vendor communication -Demonstrate organization and multitasking abilities - Preference will be given to applicants with experience in events or the hospitality industry
Job Responsibilities: -Oversee events and ensure venue policies are upheld - Cue bridal party for ceremonies and introductions - Assist venue managers with Day of Coordination as needed -Openness to additional responsibilities including but not limited to: assisting with rehearsals, giving tours, meeting with clients, and taking lead for Day of Coordination
